I photograph because I feel
I photograph because I feel, and because I do not want to suppress those feelings; they are for me, after all.
Maturity in any artistic medium is marked by the recognition that the process of feeling, thinking, and building – the bringing together of the inner you with the craft – is every bit as important as the result.
So be open and ready for honest discussions about feelings, about what matters to you as a person – your weaknesses, your pain, the things that delight you, fill you with joy, or bring you quiet happiness – all those things that make you cry and make you want to dance.
